Client Loyalty Program
Any referrals made by our clients and the referral has purchased any one of our products and services (must be a minimum order of $500 and above) will be entitled to a 100 (valued at $100) credits towards our products and services. (Credit includes services and materials). You will receive 100 credits per new referral each time, which you can use at anytime or you can accumulate and save your credits to a maximum of 3000 points. Once you have used your credits you may start again to accumulate points with our Client Loyalty Program. (Credit excludes Specials and Sales items).
For example if you have accumulated 200 worth of credits and you would like to use it for our products and services you may do so. Otherwise you can take advantage of saving all your credits and using it at a later stage.
The referee can only claim 100 Credit Points by the same purchase referral twice, at different independent dates. Once the referral has purchased twice from 1house the referee can no longer claim further points from the same referral.
Terms and Conditions
Your will need to be an existing 1house customer.
Credits cannot be used for any sale items or specials that are scheduled out during the year.
Credits can be used towards products, services and materials.
Credits can be kept up to 12 months.
You cannot exchange credit for cash.

How do I get involved in the Affiliate program?
First you must be a 1house customer
then simply register you details via our affiliate application form on our website www.1house.com.au. Fill in the criteria and you will receive an email confirming that we have received your details. We will then validate your information and confirm your membership via your email.
How do I get clients?
All you need is to do is talk with people that you know that you feel will benefit from our list of products and services and refer them to 1house by giving them our details and your
referral number.
What is the Affiliate console?
The Affiliate console is a password protected administration area where affiliates can login and view and manage their credits that they have received and order products and services from the reward points gathered
based from their referrals.
How do I check on my referrals and credits earned?
To view all your referrals and credits earned simply log-in to the affiliate console and put in you password, then press submit. This will list your active credits points and referrals.
When do I receive credits?
Credits can be used once a referral has paid a minimum of $500 for any of 1house products or services. It will be displayed in your account panel. You can then selected to use the credits by clicking on the items. Which your points will then be detected from ordering any of the 1house products and services viewed on the control panel. The status of credits can be viewed from the Affiliate console.
I am not based in Australia can I become an affiliate?
Yes. You are welcome to apply to become an affiliate no matter what country you are based providing the payment methods we operate via are compatible in your jurisdiction and your already an existing 1house customer.
